When can I expect my order to arrive?

As a representative a trusted and reliable company, (Norfolk Truck & Van Ltd), VEXI Parts oversees the shipping of parts to customers all over the world - so naturally delivery times will vary. However, once we receive an order, we aim to organise its dispatch the very next day.

Do you offer credit?

Yes. If you are interested in applying for a credit account, please complete our online application form.

Can I cancel my delivery?

Once a part has been shipped, it can not be cancelled.

Do I qualify for discount?

The Suppliers do not currently offer personal discount. However, as you browse our lists, you'll find that the cost of certain parts has already been greatly reduced. We keep our prices competitive so we can make sure that you, the customer, will always get a good deal.

Do The Suppliers offer pricematching?

No, they don't pricematch.  Our prices are hard to beat, however. All of our customers can be satisfied in the knowledge that the service they receive is the very best in the business.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, VEXI is not accepting new orders at the moment.
